KEY PROBLEM
The US Veterans disability rating process is highly complex, difficult to navigate, and the math is not straightforward or linear. Veterans need more insight into the process and calculations that better reflect real-world claims.
SOLUTION
Created an intuitive web application that empowers US Veterans to get:

KEY PROBLEM
How do you create a website that integrates an automated workflow inside of Shopify
SOLUTION
Focused on the user for v.1 and created a custom and intuitive customer portal that lets users receive and review translated resumés and cover letters, track document approvals, as well as schedule video consultations

KEY PROBLEM
How to create a seamless experience for wholesale buyers who have relied on a complex paper catalog for 30+ years that contains thousands of SKUs in a functionally limited
e-commerce platform
SOLUTION
Develop multiple ways to navigate items, provide a
realistic sense of proportion when viewing mixed item categories and creating a way to browse an online version of the catalog based on color groupings

Created a proportional scale for each item category including rings, necklaces, bracelets and pins that was applied in the photography workflow

Due to the length of the necklaces, a scale was developed for the necklace pendants only so they could be viewed in relational size at first glance

Developed 400+ photo-realistic swatches representing materials including gemstones, metals, and cameos

Created a rich set of metadata for all items allowing jewelry to be viewed by collection, sizing, category, and mixed attributes

Developed a custom interactive tool "Layer Color Love" that integrated products with live-action videos so users can view how layer jewelry and match items

KEY PROBLEM
Schema designers are unable to create, edit, view and access schema objects that include
Facts, Dimensions, and Metrics in a universal and contextual way.
SOLUTION
Provide schema designers with a dedicated interface with a much-needed memory. In very few clicks, designers are able to traverse relationships and connections between objects in the schema.

Created an attribute-based retrieval tool so designers can access objects in a quick and comprehensive way

Inflected the design for for the most frequent tasks such as creating a dimension table and accessing metrics in one fact table

Provided a way to view reports used by each object, as well as test revised expressions in order to understand the the impact of edits and additions

Provide an easy way to view custom metrics at one time without having to navigate all Fact Tables
